Coping With Grief & Loss During The Holidays

Tips For Self-Care and Honoring Their Memory

As we move closer and closer to the Thanksgiving Holiday, instead of feeling joy, many of us are feeling dread. Whether you choose to attend a gathering or keep to yourself, the holidays will come and go, and it will help to be physically and emotionally prepared.

During this one hour workshop, we will discuss a variety of tips for holiday grief, including how to take care of you during emotional highs and lows, how to deal with difficult people, and how to honor the memory of your loved one.

There will be time at the end of the program for Q&A for people who are able to attend during the scheduled time.

The goal of the webinar is to:

  • Acknowledge the holidays are hard and share concerns
  • Discuss techniques you can use to bear the holidays
  • Brainstorm ways you can remember your special person
  • Find Hope: The holidays can be tough, but there may be some good moments, too

She explains grief so well that you feel as if she walks through the process with you and deeply comprehends the ever changing path of grief.
